By reading these Shipping & Returns conditions, you agree to the below prescribed.
We offer free Standard delivery for Australian domestic orders over $150 AUD. Products purchased from the brand, Ninefoot Studio are not eligible for free shipping.
We offer free Standard delivery for International orders over $300 AUD. Products purchased from the brand, Ninefoot Studio are not eligible for free shipping.
Please note Bikini Adventures is both a marketplace and retailer, therefore some products may be shipped directly from our partner brands, so items may arrive separately in different parcels. We also have differing returns policy for each of our brands. Please read each products shipping and return policy on the its own product page.
No sale items (including an item purchased with a discount code) is eligible for refunds or exchanges. We accept refunds or exchanges for items bought with the welcome discount code only.
We accept refunds within 30 days of delivery date for full priced items only except for products purchased from CeaCea Swimwear*.
*CeaCea Swimwear:
CEACEA will happily accept any unworn, clean, garments that were sold at regular price for exchange within 10 business days of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately, CEACEA does not offer refunds.
All prices are in AUD.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday and will be dispatched within 1 - 3 business day of receiving your order. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Bikini Adventures, nor our brands are responsible for theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered. Bikini Adventures, nor our brands our responsible for the cost of redelivery, or the delivery price back to a customer if it returns to the Bikini Adventures office. All orders will receive a tracking number via email. If you have purchased from more than one of our beautiful brands, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for each item.
Australia domestic:
We offer free delivery for orders over $150 AUD*
$10 standard shipping fee for orders under $150 AUD
- 2-8 business days for normal delivery and
$15 express shipping fee for orders under $150 AUD
- 1-4 business days for domestic express shipping.

International shipping:
We offer free delivery for orders over $300 AUD*
Please be advised the below delivery times is updated due to International Shipping delays caused by COVID-19. Your order may take from 9-25 business days. You can email us for more information on expected delivery times.
Bikini Adventures is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. If your parcel is delayed, please email us at hello@bikiniadventures.com.au and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post to locate your parcel.

Refunds & Exchanges
The below does not relate to products purchased from CeaCea Swimwear.
Defective or Damaged products:
We accept refunds for defective or damaged products. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with proof of fault provided by the customer. We are not responsible for the damage of products. Our vendors are responsible for defective or damaged products. We place a high value on the quality of the products we source, so please contact us directly at hello@bikiniadventures.com.au so we can address the issue as quickly as possible for you.
Refunds:
Please ensure you check the sizing guide for the specific brand you are purchasing as sizes are subject to change per brand. Although, we get it, sometimes things just don’t fit! We accept refunds within 30 days of purchase of full priced items and items purchased with the Bikini Adventures welcome code, which can be retrieved by subscribing to our mailing list.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and condition and hygiene sticker MUST not have been removed. Customers bear postage costs for refunds.
No sale items (including an item purchased with a discount code) are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
To return your product, please contact hello@bikiniadventures.com.au to receive a return mail address.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Simply return your items in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact your bank first before contacting hello@bikiniadventures.com.au.
Delivery
Delivery & Promotions:
Promotional codes are only a reduction to the price of the product and not the delivery cost unless otherwise specified.
Incorrect address details:
Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available at order. Bikini Adventures does not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect.
If your order is returned to either Bikini Adventures or our vendors, the cost of redelivery to our customer must be paid before it is despatched again.
Redelivery:
Bikini Adventures and brands that Bikini Adventures represent are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is responsible if their package is redirected to their local post office for pick-up, redirected to Bikini Adventures or a brands return address when the package has been marked as unclaimed. We, nor our brands, offer free shipping back to the customer unless otherwise specified. Customers will receive a PayPal invoice for a shipping fee to be re-sent to the customer.
